Proof & Practice
The Framework
About Me

Dr. Grazelle Sanchez, PT, DPT, DipACLM, CNPT, CPT, HMS, PN1-NC

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine clinician.
I bridge the gap between knowing what's healthy and actually living it.
Most health content argues about the optimal diet or the perfect protocol. I teach you how to consistently do the fundamentals we already know work — even when life gets messy.
No perfection required.
My story, briefly:
I was diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer at 18. You'd think that would've been the wake-up call that fixed my health. It wasn't.
I spent the next 12 years stuck in the same cycle you might be in right now — starting over every Monday, going all-in for a few weeks, then abandoning everything when life got hard.
What finally changed wasn't fear. It was learning a different relationship with consistency — one where my standards stayed the same but my methods adapted to whatever season I was in.
That shift led to cancer remission, motherhood after a decade of waiting, and what I now teach as Flexible Consistency.
What I teach:
I teach Proof & Practice — evidence-based health for people too busy for perfection. Everything falls under three pillars:
PROOF — The fundamentals that actually work. Not fads, not biohacks, not expensive supplements. The science-backed basics that beat everything else when practiced consistently.
PRACTICE — Flexible Consistency. How to sustain those fundamentals when life won't cooperate. Your standards stay the same; your methods adapt.
PURPOSE — Health as vehicle. I don't stay healthy to live longer. I stay healthy to love longer — to have energy for the people and purposes that matter most.
